Dog Walk Cancellation Policy: Please Refer to your contract. A Minimum of 24 hours is required for any cancellations, 48 hours is appreciated and preferred. You are not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation.

 

Overnight Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy: For 2-1 Weeks Cancellation Notice, a 50% Charge will be incurred.

For Less than 1 Weeks notice prior to start date, a 100% Charge will be incurred. 

Holidays-Overnight Pet Sitting: For 3-2 Weeks Cancellation Notice, a 50% Charge will be incurred, prior to start date. Cancellations 2 weeks and after, 100%.

Nothing will be charged if we are able to rebook exact dates. No credits are applied if not able to rebook exact dates.
