Dog Walk Cancellation Policy: Please Refer to your contract. A Minimum of 24 hours is required for any cancellations, 48 hours is appreciated and preferred.

Overnight Pet Sit Cancellation Policy: 50% Charged for cancellations, 1 Week and Prior, 100% after 1 Weeks notice.

Overnight Pet Sits Holidays: 50% Charged for cancellations, 3 Weeks and Prior, 100% 3 weeks and after. Nothing will be charged if we are able to rebook exact dates. No credits applied if not able to rebook exact dates.
